Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration
Saturday, January 19

Shawnee Presbyterian Church
101 South 44th Street (44th and Main)   

 All are welcome and encouraged to join in this celebration which will feature music, video,  and reflections on King's legacy and the challenges we face today.  Sowers organizer, Rev. Ron Robinson,  says "It is our desire to bring people and activists together to rally around the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and to instill and create a personal and corporate conscience for change.  Through this celebration we hope to bring people together from all parts of Louisville and to demonstrate that options and opportunities for change exist, but we need come together and be that change we seek."
